Dr. Orr Levy

Our research lab is interdisciplinary, dedicated to unraveling the complexities of biological network systems, with a focus on gene regulatory networks, aging, and physiological networks. We develop innovative computational methodologies drawn from a variety of fields, including artificial intelligence, computational biology, ecology, nonlinear dynamics, statistical mechanics, and especially network science. We rigorously validate our theories and approaches through carefully designed biological experiments conducted in our lab, ensuring scientific precision and applicability. Our ultimate goal is to enhance the understanding of tissue biology and particularly aging, leading to improved diagnostics and therapeutics that can significantly advance patient care.
